Great looking cookies - I'll try them soon.<br /><br />I suffer from SAD (it's not the same as all the online hypochondriacs who think getting bored/blue in winter is 'depression'). Those lights help but my favourite (and cheap!) purchase this year was a little thing called Lighten Up. I found it for only $30 on ebay (google: lighten up sunrise simulator). Your bedside lamp plugs into this little box that then plugs into an outlet. You set it for 1/2hr before your alarm and this turns on your regular lamp very very low and slowly brightens it over 30 minutes. Several times this year before opening my eyes my mind has been tricked into thinking it was sunny outside! So much less cranky in the morning now and it even helps me get up mega early for travelling to meetings.<br /><br />I think even non-morning people might benefit from this little box!Lindsayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07141138725244310186noreply@blogger.com
